韩光洁，博士、河海大学教授/博导，IET Fellow，EAI Fellow，CCF 杰出会员，IEEE 高级会员。主要研究方向为工业物联网、智慧海洋、人工智能、移动计算等。近年来在IEEE JSAC, IEEE COMST, IEEE TII, IEEE TMC, IEEE TIE, IEEE TPDS, IEEE TCC等国际期刊上发表高水平期刊论文300+篇（其中IEEE/ACM Trans. 系列汇刊70+篇），到目前为止Google Scholar引用次数8900+次，H-index为46。已出版专著3部。主持/参与包括国家重点研发计划、国家重大科技专项及国家自然科学基金重点项目在内的省部级以上项目共30余项。授权国家发明专利101件，PCT美国、加拿大、日本、澳大利亚、韩国授权专利各1项。获得中国商业联合会科学技术奖二等奖，江苏省科学技术奖三等奖，江苏省教育教学与研究成果奖二等奖，辽宁省科技进步二等奖，IEEE Systems Journal 2020最佳论文奖。连续2年（2019，2020）入选全球排名前2%的科学家(Stanford University List of World's Top 2% Scientists)，入选爱思唯尔2020年10万科学家终身科学影响力排行榜（Career Scientific Impact 排名），入选爱思唯尔2020年中国高被引学者（Highly Cited Chinese Researchers）榜单。目前任多种国际期刊（其中包括IEEE JSAC, IEEE Communications, IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE Network, IEEE Systems, IEEE TII）编委或客座主编。江苏省有突出贡献中青年专家，江苏省高校青蓝工程学术带头人，江苏省六大人才高峰高层次人才，闽江学者讲座教授，常州市五一劳动奖章等荣誉称号。
