刘素娟，博士研究生，副教授，毕业于南开大学组合数学中心，获理学博士学位，主要从事图论、优化理论和算法、可靠性评估、故障诊断等方面的研究，发表SCI论文多篇，出版专著1部，主持或参与纵向项目5项、横向项目1项，荣获天津市高校“131”创新型人才第三层次人选，担任《Mathematical Reviews》的评论员，担任学术期刊《Graphs and Combinatorics》、《Ars Combinatoria》等的审稿人，多次指导学生参加全国大学生数学建模竞赛和蓝桥杯比赛等，获得天津市普通高校大学数学竞赛优秀指导教师和第十届全国大学生数学竞赛（天津赛区）优秀指导老师。
