主要从事大规模数据挖掘与分析、智能信息处理等领域研究。近年来参与国家自然科学基金2项、主持横向项目两项,参与横向科研课题多项。CCF会员,作为主要完成人获天津市高等学校教学成果奖。承担本科生课程《Python语言程序设计》、《算法分析与设计》及多门实验课、课程设计任务。在国内外核心刊物上发表EI或SCI检索论文10余篇,为Transaction on Konwledge Discovery in Data,Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience,International Journal of Communication Systems 等期刊审稿人。
